It’s been three weeks since my wife and I started working out and eating healthier. I’ve now dropped 11.6lb, and I haven’t felt this good in a long time.
As I’ve mentioned before, two years after my ACL reconstruction, I still haven’t recovered the strength of my left leg. However, in these last three weeks I’ve noticed how muscles are finally starting to show up, and definitely feel more confident on the performance and stability of my leg.
We’re so pumped by how we feel and the results of our commitment that we’ve already thinking of doing another round of this routine once we’re done with the 6 weeks that it takes.
